Remote Particle Counters
Remote particle counters are particle counters designed for seamless integration into monitoring systems on remote fixed locations. There are several digital communication protocols available like Modbus-RTU and Modbus TCP/IP, analogue signals are also still available.
Remote particle counters do not have a display or controls on the counter itself and need an external vacuum source in most cases, except for the MET ONE 6015P.
MET ONE 6015P with pump
The MET ONE 6015P series remote airborne particle counter offers accurate and reliable continuous particle monitoring. With a sensitivity range of 0.5 to 10 μm, the MET ONE 6015P series is designed to meet the specific needs of cleanroom operations within the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, hard disk drive and flat panel display industries.
With an array of industry leading features and simplified installation options, the MET ONE 6015P is easy to integrate with any facility monitoring system. These features also reduce downtime for instrument removal and re-installation during routine calibration and preventative maintenance cycles. Built with Long Life Laser™ technology, the MET ONE 6015P offers enhanced diagnostic features that reduce troubleshooting time and related downtime costs. The 6015P features a stainless steel enclosure and built-in internal vacuum pump with a sensitivity of 0.5 microns.
The particle counter is equipped with a microprocessor with differential pressure sensor for internal flow control. The flexible communication options ease the integration into any monitoring system like Envigil-FMS. The multi coloured LED will change from green to various colors (blue, red, yellow, purple) depending on the system status for count alarm, count alert, sensor failure, flow failure or communication failure.
MET ONE 6000-series
The 6000-series airborne particle counters are a compact design with flexible sizing, flow rate and communication options that address the specific needs of cleanroom environments within the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, hard disk drive and flat panel display industries providing ISO 21501 accuracy for continuous particle monitoring. The particle counter can be diagnosed for flow, sensor, communication failures and count alert and alarm through a built-in or external light stack. With an array of communication and mechanical installation options, the MET ONE 6000 is easy to integrate within any environmental monitoring system. Reduce your initial installation costs with MET ONE 6000 remote air particle counter’s integrated multi-parameter measurements.
