Who we are

Founded in 1991, CMI has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner in cleanroom management, with quality control embedded in everything they do. Their long-standing expertise and commitment to excellence have made them a reliable name within the industry. Since December 1, 2022, CMI bv – Cleanroom Management International bv has joined forces with TRESCAL nv, a global leader in calibration and measurement services. Today, they proudly operate as Trescal – Life Sciences, combining their specialist knowledge with Trescal’s international strength to deliver even greater value to each customer.

Nowadays we are the trusted partner of many large pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies, large hospitals and many other industries like Aerospace and Food striving to meet their local and international standards such as GMP Annex 1, ISO-14644, USP <788>, USP <645>, ISO-12469 and more specific standards like ISO-4406 for quality control of hydraulic fluids and ISO 21501-4 for the calibration of particle counters.

Services and Quality Control Instruments

We offer a wide range of GMP-critical services like cleanroom qualification, cleanroom monitoring and validation of temperature controlled units (TCU) like fridges, freezers and autoclaves. The QC-instruments and services we provide are all related to contamination control and enable companies to comply to the worldwide used pharmacopoeias like USP, EP, JP, and other worldwide quality standards like ISO, HACCP, GMP as required by the regulatory authorities like FDA and EMA.

Trescal Life Sciences is the official partner of many OEM manufacturers of high quality analytical equipment that is mainly used within the QC-department of large pharmaceutical companies and hospital pharmacies.
